These dragon cupcakes for a D&D party were rather special! They took a very long time to pipe, but I am really happy with the outcome.

There was also a players handbook cake, which was one of the most technically taxing cakes I've ever done (just because of how precise it needed to be!) I posted that a couple of days ago, so take a look if you missed it!

I've never played Dungeons and dragons myself, but Stranger Things has kinda made me wanna try!

Dungeons and Dragons Player's Handbook.

Here it is! I've been sitting on this one for months because it never felt like the right time to post it, and I just spent so much time on it that I couldn't bear for the algorithm to just sideline it!

The details on the front of this book were insane!

This was for the same family as the dragon cupcakes I posted this week - I'm spotting a theme!

Is there a book that'd you'd chose to turn into cake? I think I'd chose Mort by Terry Pratchett. It was the first book I really laughed at, and I distinctly remember 11 year old me being surprised that a book could be funny! It sparked a lifelong love of reading. What book would you chose?

This weekends beautiful wedding at . This room is so very grand (my son visited parliament last week and commented that the high vaulted glass ceiling at this hotel was "way more awesome" than parliament. He's still jolted that none of the gold was real there).

This bride provided the flowers to me herself from Bristol flower market, and it was such a treat to have so many to work with!
