Hi,
I'm just checking to see if there are any making good guys in the Norfolk/Norwich area. We aren't a huge firm, and the need for making good isn't that big that I need someone full time, but wondered if anyone out there does work for several firms in this regard.

It's not going to suit anyone that isn't local as it's every now and again.

It's the basic stuff, holes made by plumbers, electricians etc. our plasterers are pretty good so rarely have problems sorting that out.
If anyone is interested in working with us, then please send a message and we can go from there.

Hi,

I've got a site of timber frame houses at Bacton near Norwich. All 2.4 high, with no vaulted ceilings.
I'm looking for someone local (gang of 2) to carry out the skimming works. CSCS cards would be preferable. A good finish is required to these. Rates below :-

Skimming walls £5.30 per m2
Skimming ceilings £5.80 per m2
Fixing angle beads £1.00 per lm
Thistle bond-it to green boards 70p per m2.

A full list of meterage per plot is given prior to starting, weekly payments.

Currently mid way through a site at Beetley for Clayland Land & Country Homes. Thanks to everyone who's worked on there, Wayne, Lee, Gavin and Greeny to name a few. Great work as always, and finished article are some lovely new dwellings.
