Stripped this roof back found the issues rebuilt the timber valley boards where needed due to severe water damage new felt down the valley new valley trays installed new felt and battons on right elevation of the valley new tiles cut back in the valley lay and 25 new ridge cemented back on along with a fresh new verge

We do have space middle of may and onwards get booked in before the spaces fill 🙌

Flat roof I recently got called out to.

As you can see an insurance company had done a repair which was absolutely pointless as all they done was flashbanded over the top of the bottom slates 🫣 once stripping back and a little bit of an investigation we found the problem in the second photo .

All now sorted!

New eve felt installed on the eves of the pitched roof an 18mm osb deck laid and dressed with an edpm rubber roof the rubber was tucked right up underneath the felt around three slates up and slate put back on✅
