This was a 1st and 2nd fix job. Wall hung pan, new concealed shower, and double vanity unit 🚿🚽

Customer wanted to board out their garage, with one wall being a stud wall. 4x2 stud, 19ml osb, then plaster board, as that was going to be used to mount solar inverter and batteries etc onto ⚡️ After it had been plastered & first coat of paint was on, we then cut a hole in the ceiling to fit a loft hatch with ladder, then boarded the loft area 🪜

I had a call to investigate a leak, to find the shower tray seal was leaking. So I removed the shower boards, plaster board, then supplied and installed new concealed shower, plaster board, shower boards, and re-used the existing tray and screens 🚿

Had to supply and replace some suspended ceiling lights, for a commercial unit 💡

I had a call to say the customers handbrake was seized on. Got there and found the customer had sprayed grease on the breaks, which is not ideal. Removed disc, freed off the handbrake, cleaned the disc and shoes up, and reassembled 🚘

An old faulty tap in a commercial sink, replaced with a new one🚰

Replaced an outside tap with a new one, as it was leaking 🚰

Removed existing shower area, & replaced with new shower tray, shower boards, shower, and shower screen 🚿

Replacing a wooden toilet seat that has started to swell, due to the moisture. Replaced it for a hardwearing soft close seat 🚽

Customer had a leaky pipe to the fill valve of the toilet, so cut out a bit of the old pipework and replaced it with a flexi hose 🚽
