A complete reconfigure of this properties driveway in Ferriby.
We was approached to level up the driveway, build a new garage & boundary wall.
Wintery conditions and an original 1:8 slope making it a difficult site.
Works started nearest the property laying 2 retaining walls both with face brickwork (yet to be rendered), 2.4m wide steps and access ramp.
Phase two is when the old garage came down, 30m boundary retaining walls built to engineers spec with a lovely face brick to finish off.
New access allowed us to break up existing driveway to make room for the proposed new double garage - again to structural engineers specification; 1200mm wide footings, rebar, triple skinned perimeter with a filled concrete cavity.
All brick and block work organised by us, 2nd fixing done by another contractor.
Electric gate boxes, posts & all drainage also completed.
Finished off lovely with over 400m2 of Plaspave 60 blocks, Dark coping stones and wrought iron wall tops.
