A request for a bench sand and paint answered by Alan Dawson, who went above and beyond for what was a bench by a loved ones grave in poor condition. After a complete restoration and even a new brass plaque, it was fitted back in situ today in a cleared up area. Now good for many years bringing more comfort when visiting loved ones passed.

After updating in 2016 on a budget was time to revamp. Old wardrobes ripped out, wallpaper stripped and new design planned. No more painted stripped floor, new wood effect laminate to match tiles in hallway, new fitted sliding robes with internal shelves and draws.. new lights to finish the total change to a new modern practical bedroom.

Well was a great job right up Al’s street and mine. Customer couldn’t imagine what the end would look like.. our brief a bar in garage but must have part garage for storage.. so after a very long time not using my design tools the dust off my brain was wiped and I did a design, plan and mood boards… then Al got to work.. client very happy as stayed on budget they are now in process of building up there finishing touches. A great job by Al

So our first property refurb completed well done to Alan Dawson and his excellent work. It was hard at times with supply’s due to covid but we championed on and are very pleased with results.

With covid rules still effecting many and supplies of plaster non existent, Al able to do some work in line with 2meter rules, however plastering is not possible until supply reinstated. Stay safe everyone.

social distancing in practice.. Al is able to take on some work. Unfortunately plaster not available until manufacturers supply. Be slow to be fully open but some jobs possible.
