Couldn’t have asked for a better day 🙌

The drawings are strictly designed to meet our engineers approved details.

✨ We’ve just upgraded our computers and software and are pleased to say, we are now back up & running fully. ✨🚀

We’ve now completed the last of our 2025 surveys and have been busy designing our 2026 projects 🏠✏️

Concept designs..
At the start of most projects, we receive the brief from the client.

We often produce schematic designs to explore initial ideas. These are usually very loose conceptual sketches or simple 3D models, like the one shown here.

This project is a local commercial development where the goal is to condense the existing office space to make room for six articulated lorry bays.
