SPACE MALE IMAGE 2nd shop fit, Cottingham.

When the guys at Space approached us to take the project to fit out their second shop we couldn’t have been happier. We loved creating a functional, modern and stylish workspace is Hessle and couldn’t wait to do it again in Cottingham.

We are delighted to announce that the Instamod Group Ltd have acquired a stake in Duo Joinery & Modular Services Ltd

The Duo Joinery & Modular Services Ltd . business owned by qualified joiners Jordan Hunt & Nathan Malek was established in 2022. The core of the business has been in the off-site construction industry, but they also provide a domestic bedroom & kitchen fitting service.

John Bartram said “We have been working in partnership on a few projects for the last year which have gone extremely well. Matt and I have a great relationship with Jordan & Nathan so it was an easy decision to commit to helping grow the DUO joinery business whilst allowing us to increase the services being provided by the Instamod Group of companies. We will be building on the great work already been undertaken in the off-site construction industry by forming 3 core divisions which will consist of DUO Fire Door Services, DUO Roofing Services & DUO Specialist Joinery Services. All modular installation, relocation, and removals will continue to be undertaken by our Instamod Site Services business”

Jordan Hunt added “This is a great opportunity to grow our business and increase the services we are providing. The back-office support Instamod will provide will free up our time to concentrate on growing the services we provide whilst ensuring we provide a great service to our clients. We are currently working towards becoming BM Trada accredited to demonstrate competency in fire door fitting and we are already competent commercial installers of Elevate (Firestone) roofing systems and will be adding Fatra and Bauder systems to our offerings very soon”
