PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED

A vacancy exists for the above to work in busy office environment. Experience not necessary as full training provided but would assist the application. The position suits individuals with experience in sales or dealing with customers face to face or on the telephone. Hours to suit the right applicant but in any event they will be required to work between 2 / 4 days per week Monday to Friday, to be mutually agreed.
Applicants must be;
• Of smart appearance
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Be reliable & motivated.
• Have an outgoing personality.
• Communicate well and in coherent manner.
• Must be computer literate and numerate, some experience with ‘Sage’ would be an advantage but not necessary.
• Occasionally work extra hours if necessary.
• Be a team player.
• Lastly and most importantly have a sense of humour!

A vacancy exists for the above position to work in a busy office environment.
The position would suit an individual who has recently left college or someone who is looking to move up from a lowly office grade and seeking to enhance their skills. Good pay and working conditions with long term prospects for the right candidate. We are a friendly family business with the interests of the employee our priority.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• Eye for detail and be articulate.
• Be a team player.
• Communicate well with others.
• Demonstrate ability to see potential problems occurring & work on initiative to solve them.
• Have a positive telephone manner.
• Be prepared to occasionally cover other office colleagues holiday hours if required.
• Must be computer & numerate literate.
• Any positive references would assist an application.
• Hours and days to suit both parties but it is envisaged between 3 / 5 work days p/w tba.
