The wetroom area was completed using Polysafe Hydro flooring, specifically designed for wet areas 🚿

Bathroom refresh completed 🚿✨
This bathroom needed a bit more than just a simple swap over. The old bath had been chopped into the walls at both ends, so it had to be carefully removed and everything made good before the new install could begin.
Work carried out:
✅ Removed old bath
✅ Removed electric shower & safely isolated the old water feed
✅ Installed new thermostatic mixer shower
✅ Repaired and made good damaged walls
✅ Removed and replaced any tiles needed, matching everything back in neatly
✅ Fitted new bath
✅ Installed new wash hand basin & toilet
✅ Added new bath panel
✅ Fully sealed and finished
A fresh, clean update without needing a full bathroom renovation 👌🚿

Old fireplace opening uncovered showing years of soot, damaged brickwork and tired plaster. The area was properly cleaned back, prepared and ventilated to allow airflow through the old chimney, helping prevent future damp issues.

Bathroom Transformation Complete 🚿✨
refit on this one — bringing a fresh, modern look from top to bottom.
We installed large-format grey tiles throughout to create a seamless, high-end finish. These were carefully set out to keep lines consistent across the walls, especially through the shower area for that clean, continuous flow 👌
The walk-in shower was fitted with a black-framed glass screen, paired with matte black fixtures for a bold, contemporary contrast against the tiles. Tray was perfectly levelled and sealed to ensure long-lasting durability.
Vanity unit and countertop basin installed with precise plumbing work, keeping everything neat and minimal.
Attention to detail throughout — from tile spacing and cuts, to silicone lines
