🤩 Complete new look for a customer on this bungalow in 🏡😎

The customer wanted the frontage dug off and opened up and install a patio at the rear of the bungalow to get it ready to go on the market for sale with a fresh look 🏡📸

✅ Old privett hedge removed from boundarys
✅ Created new levels with complete dig off
✅ New 4ft fencing down all three boundarys
✅ 150mm Hardcore base
✅ 12tonne of Washed 20mm gravel

✅ Laurell tree removed
✅ Excavated to new level
✅ Sleeper retainer
✅ 150mm hardcore
✅ 40 sqM patio with 2'x2' pressed flags
✅ Small step to the back door

🤩 Our very good friends at Tileland had us in to replace the railings on the boundary of the carpark. Neighbouring factory had a delivery driver reverse into the old railings and they couldn't be salvaged unfortunately 👎🏽

✅ Removed all old railings and posts
✅ Installed new 50mm galvanised posts
✅ Installed 14m of new 50mm galvanised rail

The carpark boundary is now back how it should be keeping valued customers and staff vehicles safe 😁👍🏽

🤩 Recent high winds from Storm 'Goretti' had brought a regular customers fence down 🌪️

Old wooden posts rotted away being the main culprit for this one 😩👎🏽 We replaced the complete 20m run that was between some outbuildings with 👇🏽👇🏽

✅ Concrete Arris posts
✅ Cant Arris Rails
✅ 6ft featheredge boards sat on a 6x1 rail

All timber used is pressure treated for longevity 💪🏽

🤩 Out with the old and in with the new! 🏡😎

Customer wanted a larger loft hatch opening and safer access to the loft so we supplied and fitted a drop-down folding wooden ladder 🪜 Most of the time these can be done with minimal if not no damage to ceilings so avoids the need for decoration after 🤩

Simple to use, unlock the loft hatch with your bar key and the ladder folds down with ease on the hinged lofthatch and is then easily in reach to fold down with minimal effort making those loft trips alot less of a chore 😁👍🏽

This one was certainly in a state of disrepair and was well in need of a refurbishment 😳💪🏽

✅ Fully stripped out
✅ Fresh decoration to walls, ceilings & floor
✅ New toilet and handbasin
✅ New plumbing
✅ New kitchen area/ breakfast bar
✅ New instantaneous water heater
✅ New lighting
✅ New doors and ironmongery

Certainly a lot fresher for the staff and most of all...... alot brighter and cleaner!

🤩 New customer from a recomendation was in need of a new bathroom with a few alterations to suit someone with limited movement due to an ongoing illness.

✅ Stripped back to bare brick
✅ Toilet relocated 🚽
✅ Bath replaced with a Quadrant Shower 🚿
✅ New vanity unit
✅ LED mirror
✅ Full tile in Praga Cream & None-slip matching floor from Tileland
✅ Shower seat installed
✅ Various chrome grab rails for toilet/ shower

Customer was very happy with the finish and are happy to be able to use the bathroom now suited to their needs.

🤩 Been a bit slow with posting lately but we are still here 😁

🏡😎 We had been recommended to this customer to come and quote for a complete new fence, we hopped out the van and their words were "I hope you don't turn us down like the last three local companys..." 🧐 Nobody wanted to do the job! The amount of work involved because of the angle of the garden and couldn't come up with a suitable solution to get the boundary safe and secure without spending weeks on site and quoting for 150+ gravelboards 👎🏽

We removed all the old rotten fencing, godfathers, timber posts, metalwork, road signs, slabs etc (the list goes on😅) and installed a complete new fence down both sides and the bottom boundary.

✅ 10' concrete posts
✅ Bolted Arris rails
✅ 6' & 8' Fetheredge boards cut to shape

This job has tested our fitness as all materials had to be carried through the house due to access then down numerous steps...... 36 from the driveway to the bottom to be precise 😩😅💪🏽💪🏽 The gardens elevation is one of the steepest ive ever seen, but we got the job done and its safe to say the customer was over the moon with the finished result and feels at ease knowing the boundary is now complete and secure 😁.... Thankyou for keeping us fed and watered everyday what a star! 😁☕️🥓🍰
