We carried out a cloakroom makeover, once again in Leslie, Fife.
We began by removing everything before painting the ceiling, walls and skirtings, we laid a new mid grey laminate floor followed by the vanity unit and toilet.
The cloakroom was reported to be extremely cold so we used expanding foam to fill a large gap that had been cut away around the pipework , behind the toilet, before boxing in the pipes completely. We then tiled before fitting a new towel radiator.
Since fitting, the client, who was not using the downstairs cloakroom due to the cold and also having to share it with many insects that were coming through the gap around the pipe has reported there are no more spiders, not even a single cobweb and that the cloakroom is now as warm as toast.

This was a bathroom makeover we completed in Leslie, Fife, recently.
We removed everything from the room before laying new waterproof vinyl flooring, then we fitted the new suite and towel radiator.
Before tiling we boxed in the unsightly pipes running along the back of the sink, creating a really good look and a ceramic shelf to add a scented candle or store some bubble bath etc.
We added the small bathroom cabinet and other accessories before finishing the room by painting the main wall grey and the mahogany skirting in white silk.

Please have a look at some before and after photographs of a bathroom we re-tiled in Glenrothes, recently. The client had been unsuccessful in selling the property at valuation price and in feedback left, viewers didn't like the dated peach tiled bathroom.
The client withdrew the property from the market briefly, while we re-tiled using large white tiles and gunmetal grey grout, transforming the bathroom. It instantly looked bigger, brighter and the client was delighted when the property sold a fair bit above the valuation price as soon as the property was relisted.
