One of last weeks installations over in Kilmalcolm where the client received a 0% loan with 40% cash back for Room in Roof Insulation through Home Energy Scotland. We were contacted as the work can only be carried out by a Green Deal Registered company, which we are!!

Happy New Year everyone!! 🍾🥂

Here are a few photos of the last installation of 2021 we completed just before Christmas. Don’t have as many completed photos as I would’ve liked but we worked on late to complete and it was dark when we left… Another amazing project from Highland Timber Construction 👌🏼

As well as working alongside architects for new builds / extensions, we also retrofit into existing properties insulating pitched roofs, room in roof, loft, internal wall, cavity wall and underfloor. Not to mention industrial / commercial buildings as well.

Some tidy, fast and neat work on this Room in Roof installation started this morning, completed this afternoon… using Synthesia Technology (owned by Kingspan) open cell spray foam.
