A couple of jobs we carried out for McEwen Furnishings recently. We installed a new reception area which was supplied by Kelly Scott kitchens and we previously installed acoustic wall panelling under the stairs giving a more modern feel.

10 years today since we started DCH Joinery which seems mental. Here’s some photos of just some of the jobs we’ve been glad to have carried out this last few years. Thanks to all our customers that’s kept us going this long, many of you have us back year after year which we’re very grateful for 🍻🥂

One of our next projects started last week. Happy to be working for the vets again, this time on their expansion project

Our next bit of exciting news for 2025 is perhaps one of Orkneys worst kept secrets (you might have heard our partners on BBC Radio Orkney a wee while ago) 😅

Yes, the rumours are correct.... We are moving!!

D.C.H Joinery has officially started working on our new premises at Crowness Road and we are hoping to re-locate later this year 🥳

We will try our best to keep you all updated on our exciting new practice 😁

We’d like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year when it comes.

Thanks to all our customers for the work they’ve had us do this year, it’s been a particularly busy year for us and wouldn’t have been possible to get through the work we have done without the boys doing a lot of extra hours, our suppliers keeping us in material and the other companies we work with throughout the year so big thanks to them too.

We were subcontracted by R S Rendall ltd to do the joinery work on these 2 new builds on Eday for the Eday Development Trust. This job was to replace 2 old dwellings beyond repair with these highly insulated and efficient bungalows which maximise the views over the bay.
