It sure has been a very busy past 10 weeks renovating a 3 bedroom house over in Friockheim unfortunately I don’t have any prior photos to show except photos of completed works. This property was full of damp in every room, plaster hanging off the walls, deep cavities in the external harling which shown through into the internal plasterwork, The bathroom wall and floor was originally tiled and the bathroom floor had to be completely replaced as joists was non existent totally rotten and the bath being held up by silicone, the kitchen had to be ripped out, to find wires exposed in the back of cupboards and walls not plastered. kitchen floor is concrete but was unlevel, kitchen outdated and cupboards broken so all had to be replaced, off came the wallpaper and so did the plaster so had to completely replaster kitchen as well as the bathroom. All Electrical replaced and new sockets added in the kitchen, all door handles replaced, new shelving in cubbyholes, garden cleared, fences painted, external house repairs and painted white with black sills and guttering. Lawn was almost dead so changed to chippies. This house will be on the market shortly.
