Established in 1985 by Chris Seagon, The edible garden nursery is a specialist UK nursery focused on culinary herbs and unusual edible plants and was a huge hit at our Show in 2025.

Chris frequently seeks out "unusual edibles" rather than standard ornamental shrubs. All plants are grown without the use of chemicals and are cultivated in peat-free compost. Plants are "grown cold" to ensure they are hardy and well-established with strong rootstocks before sale.

Day two of great dixter spring plant fair such a wonderful setting.
More plants than you can fill flower pot with. we have also bought a few new plants for home and nursery.
For our first dixter its a wonderful time easy set up and friendly staff.
Today is visting great dixter nursery and a bit of retail plant therapy for me!

This Saturday 4th april we here www.hornimanmuseumgardens.co.uk with the www.plantfairsroadshow.co.uk first time being with this group of amazing growers
Looking forward to being here and visting the venue
We will be bringing a range if the nurserys plants
A number edible alliums rarely available plus some fantastic looking mashua plants growing away these sold out last sundays plant fair
