So today, Daisy Bake has come to an end, this has been the BEST thing I have ever achieved by myself.

These two girls were the reason why I started 10 years ago and mainly the reason why it’s drawing to a little close. And what a brilliant 10 years it has been.

I have been lucky enough to build a really successful business and teach thousands of wonderful children how to cook. With the support from all of my family and friends.. thank you all!

Thank you to every single child that has walked through my kitchen door or logged in to join my cook alongs, cupcake parties and cooking parties, I hope you all learned something new and cooked something delicious. Teaching you all a life skill is hopefully a memory you, and I, will never forget.

But it’s time to move on and study to become a teacher and in the meantime work in a new role supporting the food department at a secondary school. Maybe your children have recognised me already at their school!

Now, I will pour myself a glass of fizz, probably shed a little tear, and cheers you all for the most incredible 10 years.... thank you.

Happy Monday! We are really nearly at the end of term... Its looking lovely and christmassy everywhere now all we need now is some lovely snow..

What a brilliant baking club we had this weekend! We made Gingerbread men buddies! All the children had a great time making this delicious cookie recipe!

I am running kids Xmas workshops on 19th December and I have spaces for primary school age children ! We will be making lots of delicious things from shortbread stars to Xmas tree pizzas, snowmen cookies to stain glass window cookies, sausage rolls to cinnamon buns..

My Duke if Edinburgh cooking sessions have been great this week. We made carbonara from scratch and every single boy in the group made it a success for their families. Last week we made our own version of Nando’s chicken which proved popular too! What delights will they create for next weeks Chicken Tikka Masala!

It’s one of the best days of the year today as it’s Stir Up Sunday! That means it’s the last Sunday before advent and we all come together as a family and make our Christmas puddings!

I had the pleasure of 15 families join me today making their Christmas puddings with me! It was great fun!

🎄Christmas classes are ready to book! 🎄

⭐️I am so excited for these this year. Last year I couldn’t run them so will be lovely to have everyone join me.

I am running classes on 12th and 19th December this year aiming classes at all ages. I am running classes for primary school children, teens and of course cupcake decorating classes for all ages.

A fluffy, creamy hot chocolate is provided to all children that come along to my baking classes, we will have loads of festive fun!

From snowmen cookies to shortbread stars, snowflake pretzels to cinnamon swirls, baked doughnuts to spiced and iced Christmas trees and of course the festive cupcakes.
