Total rip out off old kitchen and bathroom, removing all damp walls, new electric points and plumbing in new key areas, new kitchen in our Integra handle design with matt Cashmere to wall units and matt Kombo Green to bottoms, laminate worktop with matching splashbacks. Keeping old boiler in situ. Removing and levelling of old floor and then fitting Uniclic LVT flooring to kitchen, hall and now shower room. Again, the bathroom was a complete rip out of all old damp walls. Re plasterboard and skimmed. New downlights fitted.

All kitchen, appliances, bathroom fittings all designed, supplied and fitted by us.

Worktops are from our Mirostone range and is fitted without visible joins. Also utility sorted the same time including oak doors, skirting and architraves.
