A recently completed floor installation for a new cake shop’s downstairs toilet in Knutsford.

For this project, we installed large-format 1200 x 1200 porcelain tiles across a 7sqm area, creating a clean and seamless finish.

Before tiling, crack matting was installed over the newly laid concrete floor. This is an important step, as new concrete can move and develop cracks as it settles. The matting helps protect the tiled surface and reduces the risk of future cracking.

Before & after from a small repair job we did recently for a lovely family in Lostock.

They had a broken tile, the grout had failed and their sealant had gone mouldy - so we repaired it all 😁

All stripped back, fresh jackoboard laid and retiled.

If your grout cracks and fails your joists and floor boards are exposed to water, which can cause expensive repairs.
