New roof for Sue and Steve Girbow

Stripped the roof of the tiles and fibre board and fixed the rotten gable ladders.
Re-sheated the roof with play then covered it with tyvek 165gsm the 25 mm Battons fitted to the joist.
50 mm crossmember set out and nailed to the 25 mm Batton for the Marley modern tiles to sit on.

House recently stripped back to the smooth coat and patched in a few cracks to prevent anymore dampness seeping through....

House recently stripped back to the smooth coat and patched in a few cracks to prevent anymore dampness seeping through. Then two coats of oils based white paint was put on.
