Just a couple of things a customer needs to remember,
Most installers will use flexible liners from reputable companies eg flue & ducting, mi-flues, flexible flue direct and many others and come with a good warranty ranging from 10yrs to 20yrs,
But did you know ???
The warranty is only valid if you do the following things,
1. Depending on what fuel you burn its must be swept at regular intervals i.e 6 months or 12 months, by a reputable sweep or someone qualified in servicey and maintenance,
2. Keep all receipts regarding the fuel you use and suppliers.
3. Follow all the recommendations in your stove manual.
4. If you choose to think oh I'll leave it for a few years you may find your warranty isn't valid,
As one of my past customers has just found out.

Maybe its time to get your stove serviced and swept for your own piece of mind.
