We will provides fully independent roof inspections for any property across the North West. Each Roof Survey / Inspection Report is produced to the standard required by mortgage lenders and surveyors, giving you the evidence and reassurance you need to proceed with confidence.

Our surveys assess all key elements listed in a Homebuyer’s Report, including the condition of tiles or slates, chimney stacks, fascia boards, gutters, flashings, and roof windows. We use high-resolution photography — and drone technology where appropriate — to ensure nothing is missed.

Unfortunately I didn’t take any before photos on this one but the difference is incredible. It comprises of Workshop/Garage for the ride on lawnmower, huge log store and new fence to the front of the property.
