New oil boiler install and a magnaclense system flush to remove sludge from old radiators and pipework. This system was showing only mild signs of sludge related problems (cold spots on radiators, slow heat up times and excessive system noise). The amount of black sludge taken out was quite surprising.

A boiler changeover that’s been long over due! My own!

While in lockdown I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to finally replace our old boiler.

Trying Worcester’s latest combi paired up with smart thermostatic radiator valves and smart programmer. Hopefully will bring gas bills down and make whole house more comfortable.

***Just to remind my customers that I am only working on jobs that are considered an emergency which includes leaks, drain blockages, no heating or hot water and landlord gas safety inspections. Without childcare I am unfortunately down to two day a week but please contact if you have issues and I’ll do my best to help.
