This year J K Land and Trees will be supporting St Margaret's Hospice to raise money with their Christmas tree collections.
St Margaret's hospice provides compassionate care, comfort and dignity to people facing life limiting illness, as well as vital support to families and loved ones. They help people live as fully and comfortable as possible, treating all their patients with kindness, respect and understanding and helping them navigate their most challenging moments without feeling alone.
St Margaret's hospice relies heavily on charitable donations to continue delivering this essential care. Every pound raised helps fund specialist nurses, doctors, counsellors and support services that make a real difference to patients and their families across our communities. If you would like to support such an amazing charity to continue their hard work please register you Christmas tree collection using the details below.

The website for registrations will close at midnight on Monday 5 January 2026.
We will be collecting from 8am on Friday 9 January through to 5pm on Sunday 11 January
We will be collecting in: TA1, TA2, TA3, TA4, TA5, TA6, TA7, TA10, TA11, TA12, TA13, TA14, TA15, TA16, TA17, TA18, TA19, TA20, TA21, BA5, BA6, BA7, BA16, BA20, BA22.

2025’s Christmas Tree Collection was our biggest year so far, with 150 volunteers collecting over 2000 trees, and raising £32,000!

After a long period of losing access to our page after personal pages being hacked, we have finally won our appeal, got rid of the nasty hackers and had our pages reinstated. Please feel free to contact us once again through this page for any garden needs.

So some of you would have probably just received the weather warning alert on your phones for tonight and tomorrow. (Scared the c**p out of me when it went off!)
Please stay safe out there. With bad weather does come with issues to gardens, fences, walls and roofs.
If any of you do have any roofing issues due to this storm, please give me a call on the number provided and I will do my absolute best to solve any problems quickly and cost effectively.
With regards to fences etc, a good friend of mine is a landscaper and tree surgeon and also would be able to do all he can to fix any issues in that department Joe Grandfield at J K Land and Trees

J K Land and Trees attended an emergency call out today for a commercial company who have used us for all their tree and ground maintenance. A large stem of a Willow tore on to the commercial roof which thankfully left minimal damage to the roof. With carefully rigging the job was competed with no further damage to building, or tree.

Dismantle of a hornbeam which was dead and our customer needed to be taken out, with use of the mobile mewp. Fantastic piece of equipment to use for a unsafe tree for me to climb.
