Marble is making its way to the top of our requests again 🤩

Whether its busy or subtle, you always find that marble tones can be the perfect neutral base to pair with almost anything and of course, its timeless 🙌🏻

This stunning ensuite was carried out back in February for one of our good friends at our daughters nursery and all we can say is WOW

It features more of a subtle marble tile with light grey handless fitted furniture and herringbone flooring which got a lot of our attention to get the perfect match. The gloss tiles and LED feature lighting really finish it off giving it that high end vibe 🤩

Cant wait to see more marble bathrooms on our socials soon 👌🏻

Currently around 80% complete on our Lasswade Cottage project 🔨

This one has been a full downstairs refurbishment from the ground up.

Works carried out include:
• Walls stripped back to bare brick to resolve multiple damp issues
• Full strapping, reboarding and plastering throughout
• Floors fully ply-lined and levelled
• New Camaro LVT flooring fitted throughout
• New internal doors and ironmongery installed
• New kitchen and appliances fitted
• Finished off with stunning quartz worktops 🤩

Really pleased with how this project is coming together, and we’ll be sharing more photos from throughout the renovation soon.
We are now fully booked through until March 2027, and due to continued demand we’re looking to recruit additional fitters to join the team.

the mitres on this install added at least another day onto the project, but what a finish 👀
All mitres resin finished with Elita resin 👌 highly recommend this stuff if your looking to up your game

Family bathroom in Gorebridge

This job began as a wet room that looked ok on the surface — but underneath it was badly installed and causing leaks, movement, and damp.

We fully stripped it back, corrected the subfloor, rebuilt all the waterproofing, and installed a clean, modern family bathroom designed for everyday use 🛀

Huge difference, and a very happy customer!

Strip out started on one of our own investment properties up in Arbroath this week.

This job will a bit of a more relaxed pace as it will be done in between our client based projects.

Everything getting stripped back to bare walls here. We have some damp to fix from a leaking roof first and then it will be fully rewired and a full new heating system put in. Everything will be fully plasted and a new kitchen and shower room.
