Having thought that the old gate was done for, we decided to spend a little time and effort on refurbishing it. The biggest joy is that it cost us nothing, other than time - all materials were in the garage already, and owed us nothing. A bit of scrubbing, repainting, respray the metal furniture, rehang and balance, and the much remarked upon addition of Tess' birthday Ripley gate topper....

New van day - total coincidence that an unexpected errand drove me past the exact thing I've been looking for for some time now- fate perhaps 🤔😊.....my old NV200 will he up for sale in a few weeks (valet, service and MOT) - pm me if you know anyone that you think might be interested 😀

A kitchen refit, in a town centre flat in Launceston. The customers had purchased the kitchen and started the project by way of building some of the cabinets. They quickly realised that these things are never quick, or easy, so invited us to 'takeover' the job. All in all a nice, tidy, compact modern kitchen which the clients are delighted with. Working in partnership with JT Home Improvements.

This was a huge job - Quite possibly the most awkward access site and poor weather conditions I have ever had to work in, BUT, we got it done, and got it done very well! Following three skip loads of waste, including the old shed and fence removal, we cleared the site, opened up the garden to space and light, and then erected a rather fine boundary fence. Despite being considerably more difficult to work with (just by the weight alone) we opted for concrete posts and gravel boards - the idea being that we will NEVER have to do this again other than replacing panels as and when they faulter. Drainage and soakaways also added we now have a much larger and puppy proof garden. In partnership with, and many thanks to JT Home Improvements. Please enjoy the before, during and after photo's :-)
