I actually started as painter for a London firm who were involved with the decorative paint finishes(faux) craze of the time. We spent more of our time "ragging","dragging", and "graining" than doing straight white paint, and spent a large amount of time travelling around the country applying these finishes to pub interiors. When inevitably that all died down, I started to appreciate the skill, kn
owledge, and care needed to become a "true" painter, and have since concentrated on developing myself in this role. Taking on a broad range of interior and exterior painting projects, as well as paperhanging, paint-spraying, has equipped me with the skills and experience to tackle most painting projects. So, whether painting a "Rock-Stars" palace, or a local pensioners' bungalow, customers can be assured that I will always bring the same commitment to quality in every job. I have been painting dream kitchens for many years, and used to regularly paint kitchens for expensive traditional English painted kitchens maker Robinson & Cornish. As well as painting newly built kitchens, there are now a lot of good quality hand-made or factory-made kitchens that are in perfectly serviceable order, just needing some care and attention and a decorative revamp. As a member of Traditional Painter, most of my projects are Kitchen and Furniture painting and Period Property Painting & Decorating.
