Hi everyone I’m sorry to say that spruce gardens is now no longer in business. Like all of nature it has past its best and will now be turned into a nice car park with fake grass round the edges. The head gnome will continue to visit his favourite places to sit with a nice glass of something and commune with various elves dryads and robins! Take care all and remember nature was here long before you and will put up with you only so long as it feels indulgent. X###

It’s that time of year when those pesky leaves fall off those pesky trees. Remember those leaves are a vital part of the natural cycle of life. They act as a refuge for insects and small animals and a forage store for birds. If you have space leave a pile for nature to use.
