Working closely with Estimators, Designers and Sales, you will be responsible for following projects through from initial order, coordinating the procedures, to final delivery and installation stage. You will be liaising with customers, architects, manufacturing departments, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet the high standards set by the company.
Ideally you will have experience as a project co-ordinator, with a background in either windows & doors or the construction industry. You must be able to hit the ground running and start to make a real contribution from day one. A dynamic, driven and ambitious professional, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, you will be keen to develop and progress your career.
Numerate and PC literate, you must have good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications, with excellent attention to detail, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You will be able to read and understand architect’s drawings / plans.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 16.30pm and Friday, 8.00am to 14.30pm
