Everything was as expected until April.
April has blind sided Snug Rug. Like a big fat punch on the nose🥊
Snug Rug is data driven. We look at what people are buying, sizes, colours, buying habits, return customer rates, new customers….the list is loooooong.
I’m looking at other companies and wondering if they are the same? So thought I would talk about it.
Is it just us? Have I completely buggered something up?
There is constant news and in an online world of social media it is noisy. I scroll and barely stop because it is busy. My brain is full enough and I don’t need it.
But I am my customer. They could be doing the same.
How do I solve this??
In a busy world. Find time with the family. I feel like that is one of the hardest things to do right now. Buy a Snug Rug and create that time.
