We stripped off the old roof and installed new breathable felt and treated battens to provide a strong, long-lasting foundation.
The roof was finished with new Marley Ludlow Plus tiles, carefully chosen to match the neighbouring property and maintain the appearance of the street.
The project also included a new lead dormer, a new rubber roof system, and new lead step flashings , dry verge and dry ridge system to ensure a watertight and professional finish throughout.

A customer contacted me regarding a leak coming through the chimney caused by old, worn lead flashing.

We stripped out all the old lead and replaced it with new Code 4 lead, including a new front apron, step flashing, and back apron to ensure a long-lasting, watertight finish.
