Keeps Architect Keeps Architect was set up in 2014 with unique projects in Surrey and Oxfordshire. It is essential to fully develop a brief.

I am always happy to meet potential clients on site to discuss the project without obligation. Projects range from small traditional or modern extensions to new build properties. I enjoy getting to know clients in order to better understand the project brief. As part of my services I develop the design in order to meet both your requirements as well as the local council’s planning requirements. I

have considerable experience in making planning applications throughout Surrey and London. To assist throughout the technical design and build stages I work closely with other consultants (Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyor, Interior Designer, 3D Model, Landscape Architect) which allow for projects to run smoothly through to completion. I can also recommend contractors which I have worked with for several years.

We removed the existing conservatory and outdated extension to make way for a sophisticated open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. Brae Cottage Testimonial. We built a single-storey rear extension with a series of rooflight along with floor to ceiling glazing. The new house now includes an open-plan Kitchen / Dining / Lounge Area, large Utility room and Music room all connected by a new rear terrace.

We built a single-storey rear extension to enlarge the existing Kitchen / Dining Area. We fitted two large rooflights and a set of sliding doors to maximise the natural light. We also created a double-height void in the existing loft to provide more natural light into the First Floor landing.
