🚿 Bathroom Renovation Complete 🚿

Another full bathroom transformation completed by Parkway Heating & Plumbing!

This project involved:
✔️ Removing a large storage cupboard to create a bigger, more practical bathroom space
✔️ Full strip-out back to brick
✔️ Re-boarding throughout
✔️ Full plastering works
✔️ New bathroom suite installation
✔️ All plumbing and finishing works completed

The customer was working with a smaller budget, and we’re proud to have helped deliver a quality renovation without breaking the bank. Not every bathroom needs to be a high-end luxury project to look fantastic – careful planning, good workmanship, and the right products can still achieve amazing results.

Another loft job ticked off today ✅💧

Replaced a faulty float valve on a cold water storage tank after the old one started passing and wouldn’t shut off properly — meaning the tank was constantly filling and wasting water.

That makes 3 float valves replaced in the last 2 weeks now 😅 definitely becoming a regular problem lately.

If you’ve got water running from an overflow pipe, constant filling noises in the loft, or high water usage, don’t ignore it 👀

New valve fitted, problem solved, and everything back working exactly as it should 👌🔧

🚨 Call-out job today 🚨

Customer had water pouring out of the overflow pipes outside 💧

After a full investigation, found the issue — both float valves had failed:
• Cold water storage tank float valve not shutting off
• Heating header tank float valve also not shutting off

Both replaced and set correctly ✅
System now filling and shutting off as it should, no more leaks 👌

Another one sorted quickly and properly 💪
