Gotta love a transformation like this. Kitchen and living room knocked through into a beautiful open space. Plastering all complete now ready for decorative cornice to be fitted, decoration, woodwork and kitchen installation.

Now on to the next 💪

Some craziness going on in this utility room. Ceiling overboarded, window wall dabbed and patched into existing, rest of the room primed with yellow grit and fresh skim coat. Tricky one around boiler and pipework etc but we got there in the end

This bedroom was in desperate need of some TLC.

Water damaged area hacked off and reboarded, patch repairs throughout, new angle beads, grit primer and reakim 🪄✨️

Bedroom completed in LS8.

Ceiling overboarded, fireplace opening patched up ready for new fireplace, window reveals re-shaped following new window installation, room re-skimmed leaving original rounded wooden beads in situ at customers request 🫡
