Its gone from been an unused area behind the garage , and it has now transformed in to a gorgeous patio . Ready for those bbqs and summer nights .

Another 2 jobs completed this week

1st was a small patio, customer had previously had decking but had started to rot due to age and weather . And wanted something low maintenance, they opted for the 450x450 textured charcoal paving. Another very happy customer that can't wait to make the most of her lovely new patio area for the summer.

2nd job was for the Spinning Wheel pub in Beeston, Matt Fascione of Fasco Plumbing & Heating was due to install a new toilet , but there was no foul line in place so he recommended us to step up and install a new line, so that's what we did. 4" line installed on to a back drop , pipedup and re tarmacced like we were never there 💪🏼

Job we did in April..

Grade and levels were all over place with humps, bumps and craters, so we got the machine in and graded and levelled it all out with a full returf.. just look at how lovely and green that turf is a month on though 😍😍 ... featuring a bit of beautiful Indian stone 😏

If Leeds United wouldn't of bottled Wembley I'd of asked them if they'd like to play on there 😂

ANNNNND...

There's another 1 done, and another extremely happy customer.

The customer chose these charcoal flags from and they look quality 👌🏽

From an old unused concrete base to a beautiful modern patio , now this customer can make the most of it and enjoy this summer ☀️

Thanks to Jewson Castleford for supplying the goods yet again 😁

Now on to the next , with plenty booked in, and the diary looking hectic . It's going to be a rather busy summer ....

A job I've completed recently,

I don't usually take on work like this as it can be like as they say 'opening a can of worms'

But this 1 I couldn't leave, the customer paid over the odds and work wasn't completed , so the full patio got ripped up and had to be completely re done, this time with a solid base of stone and a full bed.

The customer was really deflated with how it had been left but now she's thrilled with the out come this time round and couldn't be happier.

A has nice lovely Lakeland Indian stone patio to enjoy this summer ☀️

Now on to the next .....

Well that's phase 2 completed...

With 120m² of new turf
And 65m² of lakeland Indian stone

The garden was all bumpy, uneven and full of moss and weeds. So the customer wanted it levelling off with some fresh turf laid , and a nice new path and patio to enjoy, tying in to the existing path and Mediterranean like porcelain patio are we recently laid earlier this year.

Now that's the entire front and back done and the customers are absolutely thrilled with it all. Another job done , now on to the next 😁

Absolutely flying this year so far 😍, you put the effort in , you will reap the rewards and were doing just that 💪🏼

WOW ... what a year , to say this time last year I was struggling for work with a van on its last legs with no heating, radio, exhaust, faulty locks and doors, and froze on the inside in the cold weather 🤦🏻‍♂️😂. To now , with a nice lovely sign written van with all the extras , with work booked up till June and 3 contracts with different maintenance companies in the bag, this is going to be a BIG year 😀. Thankyou to everyone who's helped and supported me throughout thus journey it really does mean alot 🙏🏼
