We hope everyone had a brilliant Christmas and new year.
We have been back at our harrogate project this week and despite the horrible cold weather have managed to make very good progress in this build,
New floor joists with sleeper wall and insulation, first fix plumbing and electrics.
The ceilings joists insulation and new battens ready for over boarding.

As we enter the new year we look forward to welcoming new clients for us to take on that dream project.

After a weather hampered final 2 weeks, We have this build to a water tight finish, thats a wrap for this year, looking forward to a few weeks off over the festive period. We managed to get this roof structure installed and tiled, took away internal walls to open the living/kitchen area and fit the new aluminium doors and window. Keep checking in for more updates once we return in the new year.

Update from our harrogate project, the main steel beam is in its place, nearly there with the structure, aim to have the roof on by the end of the week. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates

Another good week this week with good progress been made, structural engineers are starting to make life difficult with the size of some of these steels they are requesting, but that won't stop us. Will be glad when it's in its forever place on monday.

Update from our harrogate project, after a tough week with minus temperatures we managed to muscle through and make pretty good progress, hoping the weather stays better for us this week so we can really move this build along.

With 2025 nearing we end, we have started our last project of the year in harrogate, a few uploads of the site before we start. Single storey rear extension pending with a few internal alterations along the way. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates as the job progresses. A few uploads from our latest project. This customer had a well over grown and out of control space but only had a small budget to work with.
