*NVQ level 1 (Amenity horticulture) Whilst working at The Hollies park in Headingley maintaining the park.

*Moved to Special works team based out of Horsforth Hall Park. A team of mainly craft gardeners building various projects all over West Leeds including fence repair and construction, lots of stone work, wet and dry stone walling, lots of wood work and tar maccing at various parks, repaired and rebuilt the whole Japanese garden at Horsforth Hall Park.
Now I work for myself and enjoy sprucing up overgrown gardens back to their former glory and beyond with improvements if the client wishes.
My experience defines how I work.
I have maintained alot of different parks and schools over the city.
Performed heavy landscaping work all over West Yorkshire, so I'm used to sprucing up very overgrown areas in appalling conditions..lol
Can use alot of garden machinery.
Have a wealth of experience maintaining large park areas.
And have built acclaimed giant palace gardens from muddy bogs to fully working tourist attractions.
So have lots of building experience too.
In my short but colourful life, I've also moved home around 9 or 10 times.
So am also quite handy at decorating and wallpaper hanging too. 😅
