🔨 Loft Conversion Project – Gracey Lane, Bradford 🔨

Here’s a look at one of our current projects over on Gracey Lane in Bradford, where P&T Construction Leeds has been selected as the main contractor.

So far, we’ve made great progress on site:
• Fully stripped out the existing structure
• Built up the gable wall using two skins of brick
• Upgraded the floor with 6x3 joists and 22mm OSB T&G boarding
• Installed the ridge steel, ready to support the front roof
• Formed the rear structure, preparing for a large dormer to accommodate two bedrooms

The dormer has now been boarded out with 18mm OSB, the front roof is back to a watertight state, and the rear is not far behind.

Looking ahead to next week, we’ll be:
• Tiling the dormer using Rosemary tiles
• Starting internal partitions
• Preparing for staircase installation towards the end of the week

🏗️ Beeston Project Update 🏡

We’re excited to share progress on our latest development in Beeston, where we’re constructing three brand-new properties

Construction is well underway — we’ve now reached first floor level, with joists and T&G boarding installed and signed off.
The project has been handed back to the bricklayers, who are now working on the second-storey walls.
Our goal is to have the roof trusses installed and the properties made watertight before Christmas, keeping us right on schedule!
We’re proud to see this project taking shape and look forward to sharing more updates as we move towards completion.

Our joiners have now completed the joinery work
This week, the double garage roof started to take shape with the installation of trusses and ceiling joists.
Our roofers have also been busy tiling the rear of the property, installing 6 smaller roof windows, and 2 large windows via a hiab machine!
They also installed two EPDM roofs with secret outlets, followed by lead covering on the internal dormer walls.
The bricklayers have begun cutting up the gables and brought the chimney stack out of the roof, ensuring it meets the 2.5m height requirement above window openings.

Progress update from Cawood, York!

Our joiners are almost finished with the first fix, and we're now looking to hand things over to P & T Roofing Services to get it watertight🌧️💪🏼

This project has had plenty of surprises along the way, with new details being uncovered as we go. The architect has been making regular updates to the drawings, keeping us on our toes!🔍

Excited to see this one take shape as we move forward. Stay tuned for more updates!

York, Cawood

As you can see, everything is coming together on our York project! The joiners have absolutely smashed it, Scheduled Finish ahead of deadline by 7-10 days.
The roofers will be starting in the next fortnight, with materials expected on site in the next couple of days.
Works have progressed massively since last time, thanks to the pre-fabrication of all materials off-site.

P&T Property Development was selected to renovate this utility room in ripon for a Wonderful Couple who had recently purchased the property

The client wanted to save the cupboards as they was recently installed by the previous owner and opted to keep the floor to stick with the age of the building

We completely removed the polycarbonate roof system installing a completely new timber frame allow us to then install two velux windows allowing more natural lighting into room

Wall are painted in Polished pebble & White ceilings
