PLANNING GRANTED!!!

Client found ATB through our social media presence, requiring help submitting plans for their loft conversion.

Our client was looking to raise the ridge line by nearly 1m in order to accommodate a new dormer, which would have a new master bedroom, shower room, and large dressing room.

After going through the pre-application process, prior to our involvement, and receiving positive feedback for the scheme, it was a surprise when we got some fight back from the council.

After some negotiation, a willing planning officer, and some leeway from our client, we worked together to get an outcome that pleased everyone, and planning was granted in July 2024!

PLANNING GRANTED!!!

Client came to ATB from a referral, through some work we did for a family member.

The property is substantial in size, but doesn't conform to modern living standards. Client was looking to add a rear extension, in order to allow for a separate snug, next to a large kitchen, dining, living space, which would spill out onto the lovely rear garden.

After a simple application for a Certificate of Lawfulness, it was granted under permitted development, in August 2024!!

After a busy summer, were finally back on socials!

Client came to ATB, looking to replace their existing conservatory, with a new single storey rear extension.

With a growing family, it was important to utilize the space to give them the space they needed.

After a very simple planning process, we gained permission in August 2024!

IN PLANNING!!!

Client came to ATB Architectural through social media.

New to Garforth, they were looking to update their new home which was in need of some TLC.

This scheme increases the footprint by adding a single storey rear extension, a small side extension and a rear dormer. Overall it adds an additional ground floor bedroom, large ground floor living space and two larger bedrooms at first floor, one with en-suite!

IN PLANNING!!!

Client came to ATB Architectural, referred from someone who had worked on one of our previous project.

The project required a retrospective planning application, and was under a tight deadline.

Client, had built a small corner room on their property which required planning permission, between an approved side, and approved rear extension. With an extremely tight deadline to get the drawings to planning, we managed to turn it around in less than a week!

Here we have a few pictures of our completed loft conversion, for our client in Garforth.

Client came to ATB Architectural back in 2022, with the aim of converting the loft space in their bungalow, to add two additional bedrooms and a shower room.

Client has done a fantastic job in converting this space, the pictures don't do it justice!
