When to a customer of over 2ys no warranty was local no charge for mileage

Here camer soft light were flashing on and off I knew straight away from nrly 10 yrs of going this and my tilte as a cctv engier I am training my lad up to do the same any way we went to the customer and sorted the cctv install in 5 mins quick chat to make sure all good checked here phone so she has here cctv on her 24/7
