We've really enjoyed working on this project. Having customer's who are invested in the detail and finish of the job is priceless! Sunken hottub, outdoor kitchen, chill out deck, wine cooler and pizza oven..... what more could someone ask for!

Another dig out from a revisit in summer. Longing to be back to warmer sunny days rather than all this rain! Designed by Marco Shrang and installed by us.

Rolling back to summer. The team at RHS Harlow Carr have done such a great job of making the most of the pathways we installed last year through the new tropical gardens. We removed the old scented garden as part of a bigger plan to revitalise some areas of the garden. We then reconfigured the paths and materials to suit the new planting scheme. It was great to see in the height of summer!

Finally put the finishing touches to a landscaping project we've added to over the years. Most recently a sunken hottub with planting throughout and new seating areas using sandstone paving and walling.

Tidy up time at home. It's that time of year when the nights are drawing in and we turn our thoughts to bulbs and winter colours. This mornings been spent tidying the garden and planting a mixture of bulbs with an eye on next spring.

Landscape gardener
FULL TIME POSITION
SALARY £20,000 to £25,000 (Depending on experience)
We're looking for someone to join our small team of landscapers. That someone will have a passion for creating beautiful gardens and have the care to see the project through to the final plant being planted. We cover a wide range of landscaping work, from large garden design projects right down to small fencing and turning job, all of which we treat with the same care and attention.
You’ll need a great attitude, a pleasant customer manner and a range of landscaping skills to ensure our gardens are constructed to a high standard. Horticultural knowledge would be helpful but is not as essential as experience and the ability to demonstrate initiative. A full driving licence would be a big plus.
Qualifications and Experience
Some landscaping or transferable trade experience would be needed.
Proven organisation, site management and delegation skills
Systemised and methodical approach
A ‘hands on’ approach to tasks
Ability to take on and accept full responsibility for own actions and those of your team.
· Accountabilities and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Completion of hard and soft landscape construction to targets

Excellent communication skills

Ground preparations

Laying of patios

Joinery

Fencing installation

Planting and bedding

New lawn installations

Block work

Ensuring the health and safety of all site operatives, including yourself.
