Nice little media wall built to customers design and finished in Scallop cladding wall panels. All ready for customer to paint.

• New double socket and wiring installed
• TV Aerial socket fitted
• New tv bracket installed with Fischer DPF Dot & Dab 100mm anchors, proper fittings for this installation.
• All frame work built solid and anchored to wall.

Customer very pleased and can’t wait to get it painted

Latest bathroom, a lot of challenges on the way with this echo house. Working blind with underfloor heating in the floor void, no backer boards under to tiles had to grind the floors to locate the screws, then work with and around the spaghetti junction of pipes. Turned out ok 👌 👌👌 in the end.

Ramp and new steps made fo an elderly lady in Methley to make easier access for her new electric wheelchair. Managed to reuse most of her original Indian sandstone patio. Forgot to take a few more pictures once again, customer very happy with finished result.

A freshen up in the kitchen and a bit of joinery work

• New back splash in white subway tiles and gold trims
• New gold sockets fitted.
• Boiler pipes boxed in.
• Glass boarded on cupboards for customer to paint.
• White Scotia trim fitted around circumference of living room.
• Skirting board fit to chimney breast.
• Rustic shelves fitted with gold industrial brackets.

Last bathroom of the year completed and over the line.

• Full rip out of original bathroom.
• All floor boarding replaced due to previous water damage.
• Partition built to take Niche shelves.
• Walls boarded with Jackoboard’s sealed and membraned.
• Customers electric power shower fitted.
• large electric Bluetooth light mirror installed.
• White towel radiator fitted
• New multi changeable down lights installed.
• All walls tiled and waterproof LVT flooring laid.
