Out with the old, in with the new ✨

Old laminate and skirting boards uplifted and removed, ready for a fresh transformation. Subfloors fully primed and screeded with ARDEX UK for the perfect foundation, followed by a stunning new floor installation — PROJECT FLOORS Charnwood Oak herringbone through the hallway flowing seamlessly into straight plank in the living area 🔥

Finished off with brand new skirting boards for that clean, sharp look 👌

Today’s job: a mix of solid and timber subfloors.
The timber areas have been plyboarded and then over-screeded with UZIN DACH196 to ensure a perfectly flat, seamless transition between surfaces.

All about getting the groundwork right before the final finish goes down 👌
