Day 8 just explaining what money raised can go towards funding !! The money covers a wide range of services provides I’ve mentioned a few and also spoken about how they personally helped me 23 years ago this charity has been doing amazing things the past 50 years and here is to another 50 years fingers crossed 🤞🏻 we get more cures in the coming 50 years but over the past 50 years the advancement in technology and treatments from when the charity started survival rates will of increased together we can do good and make a difference to someone

Introduced plasters from my job to ERADICRETE part of great range of products! To see the product in action and the results speak for themselves!! The plasters are not on socials so they were not aware of this product so I showed them first hand its capabilities! Just sharing the knowledge and my product it’s nice to be nice 👌🏻

Day 7 of the 150 miles in September raising money for another day another mile stone see what I did there 😉

Day 1 of September 150 started off well out with dogs 🐕 walking this morning 🌅 then working checking the distance in gym car park only 1mile to do went and smashed it getting extra miles under my belt !! Did a couple of miles on treadmill with incline and then flat and jumped on my bike 🚲 which i have not been on bike machine since getting back into the gym this time round and clocked up nearly 12 miles which I’m proud of myself for which I don’t say anything like that ever !!

If your in a position to donate that’s great if your not a like and a share are free and absolutely buzzing if you could do that for me let’s do this 🫶🏻

150 miles in September I’m taking part raising funds for a great charity close to my heart the challenge works out I need to cover 5miles a day though out September so I’ve been putting extra work the past 3-4 weeks getting back in the gym getting fitter and cutting back on my intake so hoping to raise money and lose weight . The fundraiser is along side the live one on Facebook they can’t merge but I’ll keep you all updated on the total amount when I have raised £500 I have committed myself to shave my head also showing support to all who are and have fought cancer!!!

Kicking off the reels with this absolutely amazing machine top notch quality ideal size for van and to have on van ever day also great to use with the bigger machines when grinding!! Very happy with this purchase 👌🏻😮‍💨
