Hey everyone
It’s been a little while since I posted a project. I’ve had a very busy end to the old year and start to the new.
Here’s my latest project just completed. Apologies, I forgot to take pictures before I ripped the old, tired bathroom out, but the final picture gives you an idea of what I was working with.
The client chose some en-vogue gold and green themes which turned a worn out bathroom into a beautiful bathing space to relax in.
I got all the ugly exposed and boxed-in pipework hidden in the walls or under the floor instead, which really opens a space up.
Out went the textured ceiling and dim light fitting. In went smooth lines, LED wafer spots and all topped of with the nice touch of a solid oak window sill. Very satisfying.

Wow! Another great transformation from a tired shower room to a great bathing space. Topped off with under floor heating for cozy bare feet and solid oak surfaces. A nice touch I think you’ll agree.
I started by framing out the two cold external walls and insulating them. Building in the support frame for the wall hung toilet pan and concealed shower plumbing. This created space for the niche in the shower too. LED lighting, shaver charge point and heated mirror.

Hi everyone,
Here’s some before and after pictures of my latest project.
Full rip out and refurbishment of a family bathroom.
Some extra floor repairs were required too when I discovered significant sagging and deflection in the joists. I repaired the wonky floor and on we went to a lovely new bathing space, topped off with solid Oak shelf and window sill.

Good afternoon LPR followers.
Here’s a bit of a different one recently completed.
Not a full refurb but a really good upgrade. This customer wanted to make this tired old bathroom with a rotten floor more accessible for someone with mobility issues. So, I took out the bath, made extensive repairs to the structure of the floor. Then converted it to a wet room. I think you’ll agree this has really given a new lease of life to the place.

Well, that’s another beautiful wet room done and dusted.
Phew! that was a tough one. A few plan changes mid project and a couple of furniture supply issues, but got there in the end.
A great useable modern space. A useful niche in the shower wall and that underfloor heating is lovely on bare feet. All topped off with a new Oak door.
