We had a client approach us, unsure how best to extend their home. After a visit to the site, we worked out their current living situation - what worked well for them and how best to make changes that would compliment their current living arrangement.

We went for a side extension with a modern dormer at first floor. This would be wrapped in zinc for its long service life. Zinc is also corrosion resistant and not degraded by UV light - and good looking!

Our client purchased this property with dreams of turning it into a forever home. Majority of spaces were far too small ...

Our client purchased this property with dreams of turning it into a forever home. Majority of spaces were far too small and the layout was not functional. Our proposal was to create a large kitchen/dining space as majority of the family time will be spent here. Large bifold doors and floor to ceiling windows will ensure plenty of light will illuminate the space. The bedrooms upstairs will be much more spacious and the family bathroom will have a walk in shower and a free standing bath.

Very excited to see the final outcome!
