After a hotly contested battle, our Leeds depot edged out our Birtley depot by the smallest of margins to be crowned this year's annual winner of our Continuous Improvement Award! 🏆🎉🥳

Our depots are audited monthly to assess their compliance with key procedures which support the delivery of excellent customer service. With an outstanding audit score, Leeds came out on top, but our other depots were close behind, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and that delivering a great customer experience runs through the core of our business.
