This room used to be two rooms that have been made into one .I used insulation boards on the ceiling and patched everything making it all level and plumb before skimming the .It came out well ready for the next trades.

So this home suffered from bad damp .The walls were knocked back to brick a membrane put on and boarded over then I skimmed it all .
It looks pretty smart now .

I’m loving these little jobs .I just plastered all the reveals down stairs after a damp proof membrane was fitted .It was a little tricky as no beads were fitted so I had to blend into the original angles but it came out lovely.

A couple of small chimney breasts I’ve done this week .Not a lot of work but came out clean and tidy.

This house had damp everywhere.The old plaster was knocked off ,all the walls injected,damp proof membrane fixed then boarded,skirtings fixed and then skimmed .All looking good 👌ready for the decorator.

This was a damp basement in Roundhay .It had membrane applied all round ,boarded and skimmed .Ready now for the joiners to do there bit .

Just finished this work in wetherby.left clean and tidy and the customer and decorator all happy .

This garden room /bar turned out lovely.I boarded the whole place built the bar top and shelf the skimmed everything.the ceilings have recessed Lighting strips in so the ceiling needs to be super flat .
The next stage once it’s dried will be to Venetian plaster most of the walls which I can’t wait to do .

So the swimming pool is all finished.There was a lot of work involved in this project .It was all wrapped in moisture boards then a griited glue applied everywhere before skimming it all .it looks great and the customers are really happy.
