We replaced a 16 year old Vaillant boiler this week for a new customer. They wanted to go for another Vaillant as there old one had served them justice over the years.
Those in the know will understand we could have just undone the nuts on the old boiler and literally attached the nuts back onto the new boiler. As you know we don’t install boilers like that!!
Standard procedure we cut all the old pipework out and ply lined the wall. Ready to start a fresh.
This one consisted off Vaillant’s new eco tec plus 840 (10 year warranty), Vaillant protection filter,shock arrestor, Honeywell wireless programmable room thermostat, upgraded condensate pipe and we fitted them a outside tap with a internal isolation valve.

A lot of work went into this one. We installed a complete new heating system for a new customer in Uppermill this week.
We removed there old Baxi back boiler and hot water cylinder and installed them a new Baxi combi boiler.

This one consisted of a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell wireless thermostat, all new 22 mm and 15mm pipework, x 7 new Stelrad radiators all with Honeywell thermostatic valves, new 22mm Gas supply off the meter and 40 mm condensate pipe.

There was quite a lot of work and steps involved with this weeks install.
We replaced the old Worcester boiler for Vaillant’s new eco tec plus.

This one consisted off a new Vaillant eco tec plus 832 (10 year warranty), Vaillant protection filter, Vaillant condensate pump, Hive smart thermostat and a shock arrestor.
There was also a lot work involved with the vertical flue as the building was 3 storeys high.

We replaced an old Baxi boiler for a new Baxi this week. This was for a new customer who found us through our social media page.

Back on the Vaillant’s next week. As always we will post some pictures both on our Facebook and instagram social pages.

This one consisted off a new Baxi boiler, Magna clean protection filter, shock arrestor, Honeywell wireless programmable room thermostat, various isolation valves for future maintenance work and all new pipework and clips.
We terminated the flue vertically through the roof.

Well it’s that time of year again (already).
Yesterday was our last install of 2025. A few bits to finish off this morning and that’s us taking a well earned break.

We helped a new customer out this week after there back boiler heat exchanger decided to spring a leak. Leaving there living room carpets like a swimming pool. (Not what you need just before Christmas).

We converted the heating system from an open vented system to a sealed system (combi boiler).
There was a lot of work involved with this one which included :
New Baxi 830 boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell wireless programmable room thermostat, shock arrestor, full new Gas run from the meter and a condensate pump.
We installed the new boiler in the cylinder cupboard and terminated the new flue vertically through the roof.
After we finished it took us half a day to flush the remaining pipework and radiators before adding reputable chemicals Adey.

We replaced an old Worcester highflow (which is now obsolete) for Vaillant’s new eco tec plus 840.
This was the right boiler choice for this bigger house in Greenfield.

One of our existing customers taking advantage off our winter deals this week.
There 14 year old Vaillant boiler had started playing up and costing them unnecessary money on repairs.
So they wanted to replace it so they have piece of mind and security for the next 10 years.
They requested we fit them another Vaillant boiler which we happily obliged with.

Those in the know will know we could have just unbolted the old boiler and replaced it like for like.
We don’t do that at SAR!
We cut all the old pipework out and lowered all the new pipework creating more space under the boiler.
We totally repiped the new boiler adding a Magna clean protection filter and a Hive smart thermostat.
They are now ready for the winter weather that is just around the corner ❄️.
