A standout feature of this renovation is the re-positioning of the kitchen, which has been seamlessly integrated into a spacious, open-plan extension. The new layout now flows effortlessly from the kitchen to the dining and living areas, making it the ideal space for family gatherings and entertaining guests.
We’ve reimagined the home’s bathroom facilities, relocating the main bathroom and creating a sleek, modern ensuite. The new ensuite has been carefully designed with luxurious finishes and high-end fixtures to offer a private sanctuary for the homeowners.
While we focused on the structural and technical elements of the renovation, the homeowners have put their personal touch on the finishing details. They have carried out the paintwork themselves, giving the space a unique and personalized feel. Additionally, they plan to complete the landscaping in the new year, further enhancing the property’s outdoor space.
